PRIVACY POLICY
1. Policy
This web site (the "Site") is owned and operated by Robison's Inc. ("Robison"). The policy of Robison is to respect and protect the
privacy of our users. To fulfill this policy, Robison agrees to exercise reasonable precautions to maintain the confidentiality of
information provided by you in connection with accessing and using the Site. Robison also agrees to post prominently and in plain
language its specific privacy policies. Robison does not collect personal information about individuals except when specifically
and knowingly provided by such individuals, for example, when individuals share their experiences with us as a testimonial (Read
more about testimonials in paragraph 10 below), or when individuals choose to enter a contest (Read more about contests in
paragraph 11 below). Robison will not sell, rent or trade personal information about a user to any third party without that user's
consent.
2. Contacting Us
When you contact us to ask a question, you may be providing personal information such as name, address, e-mail address and telephone
number. This information will be used by Robison to contact you in regard to your specific request and to provide other information
that we think might be of interest to you. Users who do not wish to receive other mailing may opt out; see the Opt-Out Procedure
described below in paragraph 9.
3. Other Disclosure of Information
Notwithstanding our privacy policy, Robison may disclose personal information in special cases: (1) when we have reason to believe
that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury
to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) the rights of Robison or property or anyone that could be harmed
by such activities; (2) when we believe in good faith that the law requires it; (3) to any third party who acquires Robison; and (4)
in situations involving threats to the physical safety of any person.
4. "Cookies"
Visitors to the Site should be aware that non-personal information and data may be automatically collected on the Site through the
use of "cookies." "Cookies" are small text files (no larger than 4k) stored as text on a computer hard drive. Web sites can use
cookies to recognize repeat visitors, facilitate the visitor's ongoing access to and use of the site, and allow a site to track
usage behavior and compile aggregate data that will allow content improvements. " Cookies" are not programs that come onto a
visitor's system and damage files. The use of "cookies" is common in the Internet industry, and many major web sites use them to
provide useful features to their customers. Generally, "cookies" work by assigning a unique number to the visitor that has no
meaning outside the assigning site. Robison uses "cookie" technology only to obtain non-personal information from its online
visitors in order to improve visitors' online experience and facilitate their visit within our site.
5. Disabling Cookies
If a visitor does not want information collected through the use of "cookies", there is a simple procedure in most browsers that
allows the visitor to deny or accept the "cookie" feature. You can choose to prevent Robison from establishing a unique user-ID.

6. Links
This Site contains links to other sites, including to the sites of retail stores. Robison is not responsible for the privacy
practices or the content on any of these other web sites. Robison does not disclose unique identifiers to those responsible for the
linked sites. The linked sites, however, may collect personal information from you when you link to their site. This collecting of
information is not subject to the control of Robison. To ensure protection of your privacy, always review the privacy policies of
the sites you visit by linking from this Site.
7. Our Commitment to Children's Privacy
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. We never collect or maintain information at the Site from persons
we know to be under age 13, and no part of our Site is designed to attract anyone under age 13. Please do not communicate with or
contact us if you are under age 13. Robison encourages all parents to instruct their children in the safe and responsible behavior
on the Internet.
8. How You Can Review or Correct Your Personal Information
You can contact Robison by e-mail at webmaster@joerocket.com, by mail at 925 Turnbull Drive, Idaho Falls, ID 83401 or by telephone
at 208-523-7373 to learn if we are keeping personal information about you. If we do have personal information about you, we will
provide you with a readable copy of such personal information at no charge. Factual errors in your personal information, including
out-of-date information, can be corrected by sending us a request that credibly shows our error.
9. Opt-Out Procedures
You may always opt-out of receiving communications from us. To remove any personal information from our database or to not receive
future communications from Robison, send an e-mail to webmaster@joerocket.com with the word "remove" in the subject line.
10. Testimonials
a. Submission
If you decide to share your story with us by sending written material and/or photographs (your "Submission"), by sending your
Submission you thereby grant certain rights to Robison as follows: a non-exclusive, world-wide, royalty-free license to distribute,
transmit, post, publicly display, and publicly perform your Submission in any medium, now known or yet to be discovered, in perpetuity,
including via this Site. By sending your Submission, you also grant to Robison a non-exclusive license to use your name, likeness and
biographical information in connection with your Submission; and you waive any moral rights or similar provisions that may be
applicable, including without limitation, the rights of Attribution and Integrity as provided by federal copyright law, and any rights
under droit moral, droit de suite, the Lanham Act or the law of unfair competition.
b. Warranty/Indemnity
You warrant that your Submission shall be original to you and shall not violate the rights of any third parties, including without
limitation, any rights of publicity or privacy, nor constitute a libel or slander against any person or entity. You agree to
indemnify, release, defend and hold Robison harmless from and against any and all claims arising from or related to any breach of your
warranties.
11. Contests
If, after reading the Official Contest Rules, you decide to enter a Joe Rocket contest, by sending the entrance (your "Entrance")
you thereby grant certain rights to Robison as follows: a non-exclusive license to use your name, likeness and biographical
information in connection with the contest.
12. Applicable Laws and Jurisdictional Issues
This Site is and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. By visiting the Site, you consent to the jurisdiction of the
federal and state courts presiding in Idaho and you agree to accept service of process by mail. You hereby waive any and all
jurisdictional and venue defenses that might otherwise be available.
13. Headings
The headings of these paragraphs are for convenience of reference only. Such headings shall be ignored in any interpretation or
construction of this Privacy Policy.
14. Invalidity of Provisions
In the event that any portion of this Privacy Policy is held to be unenforceable, the unenforceable portion shall be construed in
accordance with applicable law as nearly as possible to reflect the original intention and the remainder of the provisions shall remain
in full force and effect.
15. No Waiver
Any failure by Robison to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Privacy Policy shall not be construed
as a waiver of any provision or right.
BY USING THE SITE, YOU SIGNIFY YOUR ASSENT TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND ANY SUBSEQUENT MODIFICATIONS.
